This Garlic Chicken Gnocchi Skillet is an easy-to-make, hearty dinner that boasts a rich garlic flavor and a creamy sauce. The combination of tender chicken and chewy gnocchi makes it an irresistible option for pasta dinner recipes, and it’s perfect for a health dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
