What a tasty dinner recipe I have found today! I leave it here for your review. The ingredients are ground beef, black beans, onion, corn, stewed tomatoes and cheese. You can season it with taco seasoning, cinnamon and chili powder.
This dish is called Crock pot tamale pie and is usually served with cornbread topping. Although it takes a moderate time of cooking, it is worth it. You can please a crowd with this dish and receive compliments.

This time I tried a sheet pan beef quesadilla. My kids liked it more. It took me 15 mins and I am sure I’ll make it often. Use flour tortillas, ground beef, Mexican cheese blends, and salsa mixture. You may also add bell pepper, black beans and your favorite seasonings.
